Prices for orthodontic services vary based on individual need, the type of treatment YOU choose and insurance coverage. Please understand that there is simply no way to offer an accurate cost for treatment until your initial consultation.
Dr. Carlson will perform a thorough exam and you’ll be presented with the total cost of your treatment before you start. No surprises…period.
Dr. Carlson and his team are dedicated to making care both affordable and attainable. Because of this, we offer in-house, interest-free, extended payment plans designed to fit within your budget.

Scenario 1
Riley came in with her mom, Nikki, for an initial consultation at 9 years old. After a thorough exam, Dr. Carlson recommended Phase I treatment for 12 months.
- Total cost: $2680
- Down payment: $280
- Monthly payment: $150/mo for 16 months
The total treatment fee for Riley’s Phase I is $2680. Nikki was able to comfortably put $280 down. Monthly payments were also a concern, so using our extended, interest-free payment option, she was able to get her monthly auto-drafts spread over 16 months at only $150/mo.
Scenario 2
Jeff came in for his initial consultation and after a thorough exam, Dr. Carlson and Jeff decided that 18 months of clear aligner treatment would best suit his needs and his lifestyle.
- Total cost: $5280
- Down payment: $1480 split into 2 payments of $740
- Monthly payment: $159/mo for 24 months
The total clear aligner treatment fee for Jeff is $5280. Jeff was able to put $740 down, half of the clear aligner lab fee, at his initial scan, and the other half when he received his trays a month later. Again, using our extended, interest-free payment option, he was able to get his monthly auto-drafts down to just $159/mo for 24 months.
