How Retainers for Life Works

With everyday wear, retainers can get lost, damaged, or worn out. Instead of worrying about the replacement cost, our Retainers for Life Membership gives you unlimited replacement retainers for 8 years with a one-time fee.

  • $980 if you enroll after treatment
  • $880 if you enroll during treatment
  • $780 if you enroll before treatment

Your renewable 8-year membership covers clear, removable retainers.

Each time you need a replacement, there’s there’s a small co-pay:

  • $50 per retainer ($100 for top & bottom)
